Position Overview: Escrow Professional (Mentor, OH)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Escrow Professional to join our growing team in Mentor, OH. This is a full-time, on-site position for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As an Escrow Professional, you will play a key role in facilitating smooth and successful real estate transactions. You will be responsible for managing the closing process, ensuring all documentation and funding requirements are met, and providing an exceptional experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Closings: Manage the entire escrow process for residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring seamless and timely closings. Document Management: Oversee the accurate preparation and execution of all necessary documents, making sure all legal and financial requirements are met. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved, offering clear and effective communication throughout the process. Problem Solving: Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the closing process, ensuring resolutions are swift and satisfactory. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure that all closings are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and precision. What We’re Looking For:Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information, both verbally and in writing, while maintaining professionalism and courtesy with clients, colleagues, and third parties. Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all documents are accurate and all procedural steps are followed to the letter. Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple transactions at once while staying organized and on top of all details. Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a calm demeanor under pressure.
