Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the escrow process from initiation to closing.
Prepare and review escrow documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the transaction.
Verify that all conditions of the sale are met before closing.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and real estate agents.
Conduct final settlement and disburse funds appropriately.
Evaluate and resolve any issues that may arise during the escrow period.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Prepare closing statements and explain fees to clients.
Monitor timelines to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Perform quality control checks on documentation and transactions.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Real estate or escrow-related certification or license.
Minimum 2 years of experience in escrow or real estate transactions.
Strong understanding of escrow processes and real estate laws.
Proficient in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
