We are looking for an Escrow Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensuring daily branch operations are conducted in accordance with operations standards.
- Establishing and monitoring processes for accurate and timely processing of title, scheduling, closing preparation, closing, and post-closing.
- Coordinating with business partners to ensure smooth transitions and support between land, construction, sales, accounting, and mortgage.
- Ensuring quality customer service. Monitor and respond to the company's customer service management system.
- Reviewing and responding to monthly quality and accounting audits.
- Ensuring proper handling of all funds and closings.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing to meet department needs.
- Utilizing recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent.
- Evaluating employee performance and plan for compensation actions in accordance with that performance.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- DFPI (Department of Financial Protection and Innovation) license is required.
- Notary Public required.
- Minimum of 5 years of Escrow Operations Experience
- Minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level or above.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Specialize in RESPA with an understanding of the company's underwriting guidelines.
