We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Escrow Limited Practice Officer (LPO) to join a quickly growing firm located in Mill Creek, Washington. The Escrow LPO will be responsible for managing and executing escrow transactions, ensuring compliance with Washington State regulations while providing exceptional service to clients and real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Escrow Management: Oversee the entire escrow process, including opening, managing, and closing escrow accounts for real estate transactions.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and review escrow-related documents, including closing statements, instructions, and settlement statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, and lenders, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the escrow process.
- Compliance: Ensure all escrow transactions adhere to Washington State laws and regulations governing limited practice officers and escrow transactions.
- Coordination: Collaborate with attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient closings.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the escrow process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Education: Stay informed on industry trends, changes in laws, and best practices related to escrow and limited practice officers.
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Certification: Valid Limited Practice Officer license in Washington State with a specialization in escrow services.
- Experience: Previous experience in escrow, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and escrow management software.
- Experience in a high-volume escrow environment.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Washington State.
