As an Escrow Assistant in the Oakhurst branch, you will play a pivotal role in the operations of this branch. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of escrow, from answering the phone, client communication, banking, admin, and file processing. Duties:Key Responsibilities

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- B.A. or B.S. a plus
- Previous escrow experience a plus.
- Previous admin experience a plus - particularly in the fields of real estate, lending, finance, public service, or law.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Reliable transportation
- Dependability
- Ability to prioritize and focus.
Pay range is $20-$22/hour based on experience.
