Your specific duties will include:
- Ordering payoffs and final utilities for files; verifying payoffs match title commitments.
- Handling all file requirements prior to closing, including but not limited to liens, judgments, and bankruptcy requirements.
- Obtaining most past and present tax information; ensure current taxes have not been paid.
- Assisting with entering figures from lenders.
- Assisting with printing documents for closing.
- Cleaning out files for shipping of loan packages, recordings, follow-up on any money held in escrow, etc.
- Preparing closed-out files for scanning.
- 1 - 3 years of experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have SoftPro experience.
