• Compensation: $70,000-85,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER

• Support, service, maintain, and update Sage X3 ERP – currently on Version 12
• Manage ticketing system, prioritize tickets, and escalate when needed
• Lead system reviews with business unit leaders analyzing the use of the Sage X3
• Work on special projects related to the ERP system and ancillary systems
• Ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER

• 3+ years of overall support experience with 1+ years in ERP and manufacturing support
• Experience with Sage X3 ERP platform
• Strong customer service communication and support experience
• Experience with other enterprise software system
