About the Job
- ERP Project Coordinator will organize and administer tasks related to the project including, but not limited, to scheduling, meeting coordination, organization of project documentation and minutes, call placement, creation of PowerPoint presentations, updates to the project calendar, and assistance with aspects of communication management
- Creating dashboards and reports from our Program and Project Management Tool
- Using Project Management Institute (PMI) and the project standards as a guide, prepare materials in support of presentations, and handle tasks related to project schedule development and maintenance, meeting minutes, status reporting, and issues/risks logs
- As an ERP Project Coordinator, you will be tracking milestones and dependencies across projects including follow up with PM's on the program and implementation vendors
- Support the program manager on some deliverables and stakeholder meetings
Requirements:
- Some experience working on projects/programs; PM experience is ideal
- Proficiency in MS Project is a must as their primary responsibility is to maintain the ERP program schedule using MS project
- This is a challenging program that will require positive, consistent, dedicated, collaborative personality
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
