About the Job

Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a high-level ERP Consultant to deploy Dynamics ERP software at our client site. You will be determining ERP needs, analyzing the performance of IT infrastructure, and developing and implementing ERP solutions. This is a 3-year contract role. Hybrid or 100% remote is acceptable. Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation Leader/Consultant will determine ERP needs through business process analysis
Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and recommend system improvements
Develop and configure customized ERP solutions
As an ERP Implementation Leader/Consultant, you will document ERP processes and prepare deployment progress updates
Work closely with stakeholders and Implementation Consulting Company

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred
ERP certification, such as SAP ERP Business Process Integration or Oracle's SaaS ERP
A minimum of 8 years of experience as an ERP consultant in a Manufacturing or Distribution environment
Large ERP System Implementation experience is a must
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Prefer MS Dynamics FO experience (Finance and Operations)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
