Title: ERP Financial Analyst III
Location: Regional opportunity in the Mid-Atlantic United States with a hybrid schedule
Description:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Financial Analyst III to lead the analysis, configuration, maintenance, and support of corporate application systems. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to assess business needs, optimize system performance, and deliver innovative technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with users and IT teams to define requirements and develop functional design solutions.
Decompose high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Provide technical information, training, and support to improve work processes.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Develop and execute system test plans, tracking and resolving issues as needed.
Document support information, procedures, and FAQs to enhance accessibility and usability.
Lead user acceptance testing efforts and ensure successful system implementations.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for business process improvement.
Maintain expert knowledge of systems through training, vendor interaction, and client conferences.
Support multidisciplinary quality and service improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and provide third-level production support.
Report project statuses, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Proficiency in project management principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Superior problem-solving, design, and analytical skills.
Experience with system integrations, interfaces, and business process mapping.
Demonstrated ability to lead requirements discussions and mentor team members.
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, Computer Science, or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application analysis, systems design, and package integration.
At least 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP modules such as HR, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing.
Experience in process re-engineering and IT-functional group collaboration.

Compensation:
Salary: $125,000-$150,000/annual
