Job Description:

• Serve as desk top support for all Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Mail Package and Receiving system technology.

Essential Functions:

• Support the Financial ERP system (functionally, technically) related to the modules of Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Travel/Expense in PeopleSoft Financials and Jaggaer Smart CART, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Performing help desk functions related to Purchasing and Accounts Payable, and other related IT needs. Work closely with both the IT Help Desk and IT ERP Staff for problem resolution and ongoing development of interfaces, etc.
• Help coordinate and assist with testing PeopleSoft software upgrades and new Smart CART supplier implementations.
• Perform daily maintenance processes such as closing Purchase Orders, uploading invoice/voucher flat files, emptying unused Smart CART carts.
• Provide technical support to all department users. Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory of all IT related equipment.
• No Supervisory Responsibility.
  

Qualifications:

• Education/ Experience: Associate degree and 5 years of progressive experience or bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of progressive experience.

• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of Windows operating system environment.
• Computer spreadsheet and word processing skills required.
• PeopleSoft background with emphasis on Financials modules, or Jaggaer experience desired.
