Job Description:

Starting point BA role - 2-5 years focus

NetSuite Manufacturing experience needed - Ideal scenario is working with Advanced Netsuite Manufacturing, and Netsuite Manufacturing is - Understand manufacturing processes to work with those resources

In the middle of Core NetSuite implementation - Supporting projects and implementations, they won't own the project, completing some tasks

Need someone who understands Business Processes (i.e. how they bill customers) - BA would understand the workflow and then bring back to the technical team to make those enhancements to Netsuite

Business processes and some Netsuite is the key (they don't need Netsuite Admin experience) - Understand how to assess business processes and workflows, then bring that info back to the technical team to make enhancements to Netsuite

Position Overview

The ERP Business Analyst role will be a key asset in the future growth of the Company. This

individual will be responsible for supporting and driving the design, implementation, support, and

continuous improvement of the Company's ERP systems, including NetSuite ERP. S/he will

provide strong analytical and communication skills to drive the translation of functional business

requirements into executable ERP enhancements. This position will report to the ERP Program

Director.

Role and Responsibilities

1. As part of a broad cross-functional team, play an integral role in the learning, training,

and implementation of NetSuite ERP.

1. Assist users in all aspects of ERP system use, including reviewing application logs and

responding to and resolving help desk requests.

1. Work with functional leaders to develop and translate business cases for enhancements

and future software development.

1. Lead and support execution and documentation of ERP system functional testing.
2. Develop and maintain ERP training materials.
3. Provide training to end users.
4. Support the coordination of ERP implementation project planning activities and

documentation.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in I/T or relevant field.
2. 3+ years experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role.
3. 2+ years experience in NetSuite Manufacturing required; NetSuite Advanced

Manufacturing experience preferred.

1. Must be able to work independently while supporting business leaders and stakeholders.
2. Must have solid knowledge and experience in management of project lifecycle.
3. Must be able to engage with the user community in a clear and concise manner

including presentations, designs, and visuals.

1. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written/verbal communication abilities.
2. Excellent conceptual-thinking and complex problem solving skills.
