ERP Business Analyst - Atlas

We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst to join our team - this is a remote opportunity; the right candidate can sit anywhere in the United States.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide expert-level support for Deltek Vantagepoint users, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
• Assist with the full implementation of Deltek Vantagepoint within the Fusion initiative (please inquire for further details on the Fusion initiative).
• Support the design and customization of security, workflows, dashboards, roles, and advanced reporting within Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of Deltek Vantagepoint, including ERP, CRM, Resource Planning, Billing, etc.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure Deltek Vantagepoint aligns with business processes and requirements.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP experience, including working with financial systems.
• 3-5 years of expert-level experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, with hands-on involvement in modules such as Billing, Reporting, Transaction Center, Firms, and Project Setup.
• Proven experience in using, training, and implementing Deltek Vantagepoint.

Technical requirements:

• Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements.
• Deltek Vantagepoint expertise.
• Experience managing financial system implementation projects, including scoping, timelines, and resource management.

Other miscellaneous qualities:

• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
