This position will be hybrid but the first month will be onsite for training
We do not offer reimbursement for mileage (office days), home internet or cellphone service. They will be responsible for their own home setup, meaning we do not provide additional equipment (i.e. monitors, keyboards, mouse, etc.) outside of laptop and charger
ER Security Human Resources Coordinator – Temp
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. The ideal candidate can interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Candidate will have general administrative responsibilities, is very detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, can work independently, and has a strong initiative to get things accomplished.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with Security Managers to develop, prepare, and implement safety and security policies and procedures.
Maintain all security-related documentation and records
Coordinates the safety and security programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment.
Reviews current safety training and recommends revisions, improvements, and updates.
Submits recommendations for improvements and additions to the safety management program including emergency preparedness, accident prevention, general safety, and risk management.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Prepare reports and conduct preliminary investigations of security related incidents.
Assist with Security Training.
Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred
Experience: 1-3 years of HR Coordinator experience (preferred).
Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
Possesses a bias for action and sense of urgency, while able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
