About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in industry or public accounting.
- Experience in US GAAP accounting principles related to stock-based compensation, ASC 718.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to learn on the job to execute tasks in a fluid environment, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly and quarterly analysis, forecasting versus actuals, key trends, and highlighting areas of focus for management, including the associated internal management and external financial reporting processes.
- Apply ASC 718, interpretation of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and guidelines and their practical application on business processes and concise articulation of implications, writing accounting memos to document positions; assist in the disclosure roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA), PAs, legal, tax, payroll, and HR, to ensure timely execution of deliverables and manage dependencies.
- Monitor, maintain and improve ongoing processes which heavily rely on automated SQL-based data analytics and SAP capabilities.
- Share repurchase and dividend related disclosures and the ongoing assessment of accounting and reporting guidance.
