Overview
The Equipment Sales Coordinator (ESC) corresponds with customers regarding pricing, scheduling shipments, and all other details related to quotations and order processing for Equipment Department. Assists Regional Sales Managers & Director of Sales in assigned territories.
Responsibilities
• Processes Equipment orders.
• Communicates with customers regarding pricing, scheduling shipments, and all other details related to
quotations and order processing.
• Manages the customer order from start to finish, from time of entry thru delivery.
• Assist RSM’s with phone support to ensure phones are answered. Assist customers as required.
• Convert Quotes to Orders and process all related paperwork, utilizing CRM system.
• Process Custom Orders once approved by Customer.
• Verifies to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' requests.
• Provide reconciliation to customer in order to collect payment.
• Process and track pre-shipment paperwork, order changes and payments.
• Process all Drop Ship orders and coordinate for delivery with equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Document workflow and work procedures.
• Demonstrate Enthusiasm - be a positive and encouraging presence in the office.
