Maintenance Manager
Hello, Dog Lovers! We are looking for an experienced and skilled Equipment Manager to oversee maintenance and operation of our company's industrial equipment.
Where: In person, Office / Warehouse environment, in Boulder, CO
Job Type: Full-time, M-F, Day Shift
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year and wonderful benefits
You will oversee that all equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as needed. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and managing a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive equipment maintenance program focused on safety protocols and efficiency
• Schedule and oversee regular maintenance tasks for all equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for repairs and replacements
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems and troubleshoot problems
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate with other departments and create and keep accurate records for all
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering a related field or equivalent
• Experience in Natural or Organic Food Production a plus.
• Proven experience in equipment management or related role for 3+ years
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, including low-voltage and high voltage equipment
• Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding logic controllers
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to lead a team effectively and delegate tasks appropriately
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in facilities management is a plus
