About the Job
Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) is seeking an experienced candidate to fill our EQUIPMENT/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position starting immediately. Covid vaccination is NOT required.
Monday – Friday hours with an occasional Saturday

Main Duties:
- Organize, perform, and schedule the maintenance and PM on all equipment
- Diagnose and Repair equipment in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Conduct training with managers and personnel on daily and weekly maintenance procedures
- Building Maintenance
Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to extreme hot and cold temperatures, strong odors, blood and raw meat products, wet environments, slick surfaces.
Skills and Experience Needed for Success:
- Expanded knowledge of plant equipment and supplies
- Material handling experience
- Knowledge of Excel and other inventory programs
- Experience reading a schematic
- HAZMAT certification
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines
