Role
As an Equipment Field Service Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Field Service Engineer), you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment, including electronic control panels and related mechanical, electrical, or computer equipment. You'll also provide onsite service and repairs, customer training on installed equipment, and customer service support when not traveling.

- 2+ years of experience working on industrial equipment, with a preference for experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer, motion control systems, firmware, software, and related components and systems.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, machine safety inspections, OEM, PLC troubleshooting, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
- Experience with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
- Valid driver’s license and clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Ability to travel extensively (60-80% domestic and international), including weekends.
