Qualifications and responsibilities for this Equipment Field Installation Technician position include:

A minimum of 1 year of equipment installation, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or construction experience, with proficiency using tools such as hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record and the ability to travel up to 70%
Lift and maneuver heavy equipment (50 lbs+), work in varying environments, and ensure safety standards are met, including OSHA compliance.
Plan installations in collaboration with project managers, schedule equipment delivery, and verify site readiness for equipment assembly and utilities.
Assemble, position, test, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality and client satisfaction.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including electronic and physical service records and expense reports.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions, resolving issues, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
Safeguard a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company procedures and safety protocols.

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 70% medical premium coverage for employees and families, dental, vision, PTO, 11 paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with 3% match, daily per diem when in the field, company work truck for site visits, 25% shift-pay bump for fieldwork, fully covered travel costs (flight, hotel, rental car), and quarterly bonuses ranging from $1,000 - $3,000 or more.
