About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with various stakeholders to identify business requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the effective use of technology to achieve business goals.
- Implements and support Epicor modules, including but not limited to, order sales management, production management, material management, financial management, planning & scheduling, and quality assurance in a multi-company / multi-site environment
- Create and maintain BAQs to be used in Report Data Definitions, Dashboards, Applications, Functions, and ETL processes
- Develop and maintain BPMs, both data and method directives, to enhance business processes
- Develop Applications and Application Layers leveraging Data Views, Events, Data Rules, and Functions
- Create and maintain SSRS and Crystal reports
- Create and maintain files to be used in scheduled or ad-hoc DMT processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in Epicor upgrade and implementation projects
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations to ensure optimal performance
- Manage and deploy Epicor environments for dev, test, and production having different version levels.
- Manage Epicor infrastructure, including but not limited to, Windows Server, SQL Server, SSRS, and any complementary databases and/or systems
- Research and evaluate new Epicor functionality, modules, including 3rd party software that may enhance business processes
- Provide end-user training and support
Skills and Experience:
- 4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
- Must have proficiency with Epicor 10 and Epicor Kinetic and an understanding of consuming and creating APIs
- Demonstrated experience developing C# Forms, creating SQL queries, views and stored procedures including SQL server administration required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to clients and staff and work collaboratively with others.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills required.
- Position is on-site/in office.
Salary
85,000 - 100,000 /year
