Role and Responsibilities

- Build and test BPAs, Order Sets, SmartSets, SmartForm, Extensions, Rules
- Build, testing, implementation of Beacon protocols for adult standard of care, Pediatric standard of care and clinical trials
- Provide expertise and consultation on best practice for Beacon pediatric protocols build
- Participate on team meetings with subject matter experts from pharmacy, oncologists, nursing
- Facilitate execution and validation of technical plan and application build between project team members and business owners
- Develop understanding of current system build and workflows to assist with system impact assessment, design and development
- Ensure test scenarios are adequately documented and perform functional, unit, and integrated testing as needed
- Support IT Education team with development of training content and guidelines for clinical stakeholders
- Review and analyze managed care contracts
- Prepare Epic billing matrix build documents

Qualifications and Requirements: | - 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management and the ability to demonstrate industry expertise and consultative characteristics when working with customers and providing problem resolution
- 5+ Eligibility and benefits technical and business experience required, including working knowledge of EDI, transaction clearinghouse technologies, and ability to understand payer benefits transactions (270/271)
- Requires certification of EPIC modules, include RTE, Prelude, and ADT systems
- Requires strong decision-making skills, analytical skills with ability to analyze reports and interpret data, and prepare information to be delivered to customers
- Requires excellent verbal/listening and written communication skills at all levels of a customer’s organization
- Experience presenting information to large and small groups
- You will have full life cycle project implementation experience in any one of several Epic modules including Clin Doc, Orders, Willow, Beacon, Radiant, Ambulatory, Beaker, HB, PB, Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central and many more.

Preferred Skills: | Must have current Epic certification in at least one of the above-mentioned applications. |
