• 10+ years of experience with Epic application build and support
• Proficiency in the Epic ASAP module
• Epic ASAP certification
Qualifications:
• 10 years’ experience doing Epic application build and support
• Must be proficient in Epic ASAP module build
• Must have Epic ASAP certification
• Candidates who also hold Epic Clin Doc certification preferred
• Must have great communication skills, the ability to work with clinical end users to efficiently implement Epic enhancements
• Past clinical experience (e.g. RN) a plus
Client is seeking a skilled Epic ASAP Build Analyst to work with the Epic ASAP team, Emergency Department operations, and coding teams to improve charge capture and coding workflows. This role involves designing and implementing Epic system enhancements to improve charging-related processes in the Emergency Department. The analyst will work closely with clinical and coding teams to gather requirements, conduct testing, and support training initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of system updates
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Emergency department operations, clinical, and coding teams to define and gather requirements for charge capture improvements
• Design, configure, and implement Epic ASAP system enhancement focused on ED change capture workflows
• Perform testing and validation of charge-related system changes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop training materials and support the implementation of training for clinical and coding teams
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements, troubleshooting, and resolution of any technical or project -related issues
• Facilitates meetings, document action items, and ensure alignment between technical and operational teams
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the success of system enhancements
