Sodexo is seeking an Multi-Service Operations Manager 1 for Newark Beth Israel Hospital, located in Newark, New Jersey. This is over a 600-bed acute care facility.
This position will manager a Union Staff, on the client payroll. This is a 2nd shift position 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
- Interact with patients and the staff
- Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
- Maintain safety documentation and training for unit

Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
