Environmental Health Safety Specialist - Akkodis

Akkodis is recruiting for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist for an aerospace manufacturer in the Carson, CA area. This is an onsite contract postition with with a pay rate of $20/hour-$40/hour an hour. Rates may vary depending on experience, education, geographic location or other reasons.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

HSE Legal Framework applicable to the site.

company standards and their requirements.

Identification, Evaluation and Control of risks and impacts (Analysis tools)

Event investigation methods (5W's+H, 8D's, Root cause).

Technical specifications of personal protective equipment, emergency equipment and devices, machinery and operational equipment.

Integrated Management Systems ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO 19110, ISO 9001, Responsible Sourcing

Identification, Evaluation and Control of risks and impacts (Analysis tools)

Bachelors Degree in related field

3-5 years experience in a manufacturing enviornment.
