About the Job
Selectek is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager on a direct-hire basis. Our partnering company, located in Hampton, Georgia, needs candidates with extensive knowledge of OSHA, safety, and environmental standards to ensure a safe and healthy work culture.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Expected Pay Range: $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience
Location: Hampton, Georgia
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of practical experience in manufacturing settings
- Knowledge of ISO standards and OSHA reporting/guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or relevant technical discipline
- Familiarity with state and federal government agency rules and regulations
In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the clientÂ’s request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Job Details:
- Update and maintain HSE policies and programs
- Conduct risk assessment and implement proactive measures to mitigate
- Conduct internal and external safety audits
- Lead accident investigations and use findings to create improvement plans
- Serve as EHS subject matter expert and represent site at group EHS meetings
- Manage emergency preparedness plans
-Develop and deliver training curriculum
- Oversee silver plating and electro-tinning production process and personnel
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p. Flexible start time available after an orientation period if the client approves.
