The EHS Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role supporting the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) efforts of the organization by managing compliance documentation, regulatory reporting, and database maintenance. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely entry of information into compliance management systems and customer vetting platforms, as well as drafting and submitting regulatory reports to meet local, state, and federal requirements. The EHS Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support the continuous improvement of EHS programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing administrative and compliance-related tasks to support the EHS team’s operational effectiveness.
Pay Rate: $52,500.00 - $63,369.39 Annually
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.
Essential Functions:

- Input and maintain accurate EHS-related information in compliance management and customer vetting databases.
- Organize and manage EHS documentation, including permits, certifications, training records, and incident reports.
- Draft and submit regulatory reports (e.g., OSHA logs, MSHA reports, and EPA filings) in compliance with applicable deadlines and standards.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor regulatory deadlines and ensure timely submission of required information.
- Support EHS team members by preparing forms, templates, and other materials for compliance programs and training.
- Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, inspections, and other compliance-related activities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for administrative tasks related to EHS compliance.
- Generate and analyze reports related to EHS leading and lagging indicators.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years’ experience with administrative work with high levels of computer skill
- 1-3 years customer service experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a compliance, safety, or administrative role.
- Familiarity with compliance management software and customer vetting platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Physical Demands & Competencies:
- Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
- Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
- Safety & Product Knowledge
- Typing proficiency (40 words a minute)
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and database management systems.
