Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or business related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience managing projects, programs, and initiatives.
- 2 years of experience in contract management, including managing end-to-end contract lifecycle (e.g., drafting, redlining, negotiation to execution, terms clarification, issue resolution).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with managing third-party strategic partners from both strategic and operational perspectives.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operational efficiency.
- Ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze financial data to support decisions and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and visual presentation skills.
- Excellent data driven, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills exhibited in a complex operational setting.

The EHS team works to identify, evaluate, and monitor enterprise risks to help make critical decisions to maintain the ability to innovate while keeping Google’s employees safe.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage, and maintain the EHS third-party supplier portfolio to support delivery of critical objectives including: coordinating and monitoring supplier contracting and onboarding efforts; supporting EHS team members with development of SOWs, SLAs and KPIs for complex EHS service engagements, including drafting, review, and finalization of contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness; and overseeing global EHS funding requests, purchase orders, budget tracking.
- Develop tools, resources, and processes to monitor and optimize EHS financial, and supplier management practices including analytics, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage cross-functional projects, identifying risks and opportunities to improve new and existing programs and initiatives.
- Independently execute on contracting and budgeting initiatives.
- Develop data analytics to be leveraged for insights into change management decisions that will help to influence stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and achieve team goals.
