Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead environmental projects, including site investigations, assessments, and remediation.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies for environmental and hazardous waste regulations.
- Conduct environmental risk assessments for plant operations.
- Design and execute sampling and monitoring plans for air, land, and water pollution.
- Analyze environmental data, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare reports for internal and external use.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with environmental standards. Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5-9 years of experience in environmental project management, especially in manufacturing or foundry environments.
- Expertise in Title V permitting and hazardous waste management.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with regulatory bodies. Preferred Skills:
- Experience in grey iron foundry operations.
- Familiarity with local and federal environmental agencies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional environmental initiatives.
