Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation: $45.00 per hour (45+ hours per week)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (5-7 months)
• Hours will be overnight 5pm - 2am (potentially longer depending on needs)
• Local candidate preferred

Job Description of EHS Manager

An immediate need for an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional specializing in construction in Goodyear, AZ. The candidate will be credentialed (e.g. – BS, MS, OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500, ASP, GSP, CSP, CHST, STSC, etc.). The EHS professional will work directly for the Construction Manager overseeing a large data center project. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Conduct documented daily EHS inspections
• Deliver site-specific project EHS orientations
• Participate in the Daily Hazard Analysis process
• Investigate incidents to determine root cause and develop corrective and preventative actions
• Review EHS plans and assist with plan development when needed
• Ensure contractors are adhering to their EHS plans
• Make certain craft workers are appropriately trained for their required tasks
• Deliver various EHS training modules
• Assist in managing a positive reinforcement program

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in EHS specializing in construction
• Datacenter experience
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office products

Preferred Education/Certification

• BS/MS in a related field
• OSHA 500/510
• ASP/GSP/CSP/CHST/STSC
