Entry Writer - Logistics at GPAC

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customs documentation to ensure compliance with all import/export regulations.
• Coordinate air and ocean shipments, including tariff classifications and duty value assessments for entry submissions.
• Collaborate with operations, account management, and sales teams to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Importer Security Filings (ISF) to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations while managing daily communications with global offices.
• Invoice clients, overseas agents, and vendors accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of logistics industry experience, ideally in entry writing.
• A high-energy, self-motivated professional with exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• A team-oriented individual who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work onsite.
