We’re seeking future Trading Service team member (at various Associate levels) to join the Archer team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA- Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Analysis and Order Generation of retail SMA accounts for Archer SMA clients, including daily maintenance trading, across-the-board order generation, and drift analysis.
Management and periodic reconciliation of SMA manager models.
Delivery and management of UMA (Model Only) data to manager’s sponsor relationships.
Providing superb middle and back-office services to our partner investment managers
Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the firm’s policies and procedures
Assist Trade Administration Manager on ad-hoc projects as needed.
Trade error analysis and resolution.
Performing other functions as required
Actively engage with market data providers
Validate and reconcile data gaps utilizing additional market data sources
Working smart together and closely with internal teams to ensure account performance and applied corporate actions have desired transactional outcomes
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Operational investment management experience preferred
Knowledge of the principles and practices within the investment management industry preferred
Experience working with Fiserv Security APL, model delivery and/or SMA trading platforms preferred
Experience working under tight timelines, producing accurate results, and mitigating risks preferred
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly motivated
Self-starter, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
