Entry Level Swing Shift Assemblers - Spherion

Semiconductor Manufacturing Company is seeking several Entry Level Assemblers that want to learn a new trade.

Responsibilities:
-Will be assembling mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies.
-Reads basic electro-mechanical diagrams and drawings.
-Applies basic electro-mechanical assembly skills in completing assigned assembly tasks
-Will be performing simple wiring, soldering and or calibrations tasks as assigned
-Will be using a variety of hand tools such as power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment to perform certain duties.

Working hours: 4:15 PM - 2:30 AM

Skills:
-Good communication skills.
-Ability to work with small components
-Trainable & a Quick Learner
-Requires basic knowledge of systems and software necessary to perform job function
-Dependable and a team player

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-0 - 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly and/or wiring experience. Training is provided!
-Mechanical aptitude, electrical aptitude, and a basic understanding of schematic reading is a plus
-Must be able to pass a background check


Position is Monday - Thursday 4:15pm to 2:30am.
