Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking an **Entry Level Structural Engineer** to be based in **Kansas City, Missouri.** _This position is expected to begin in May or June 2024._ The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Perform analysis and design of transportation structures such as bridges, culverts, and retaining walls under the supervision of experienced engineers. + Use computer programs to model and solve engineering problems. + Visit job sites and inspect in-service structures. + Complete work assignments within budget and schedule. + Build knowledge of transportation project development and delivery. + Maintain technical learning on route to obtain professional licenses. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. + Valid U.S. Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. + As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's in Civil Engineering. + Relevant internship experience. + Passed FE exam. + Knowledge of MS Office Suite. + Knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation. **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. + We are interested in every qualified candidate eligible to work in the United States. The selected candidate must be available to work in **Kansas City, MO** on a scheduled basis. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
