Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking an Entry-Level Structural Engineer to be based in the **Chelmsford, Massachusetts** office. This position is expected to begin May 2024. **The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:** + Work under the supervision and direct responsible charge of a senior-level Structural Engineer. + Perform engineering related structural design using both hand and computer calculations. + Develop technical specifications, plans, elevations, sections, and details. + Verify compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards / practices. + Coordinate with other in-house engineering disciplines as needed. **Qualifications** **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + Relevant job experience, work or internship, is a plus. + EIT/FE Certification or ability to obtain prior to start date + Experience as an Intern, Co-op, or other professional development + Experience or education in reinforced concrete design. + Experience with Revit, BIM360, Navisworks, etc. + Ability to work with a diverse team located in the Chelmsford Design Center. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Must be a highly motivated self-starter with solid writing and verbal communication skills + Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work. + Ability to multi-task and be flexible, along with the ability to adapt to project deadlines + Ability to apply passion and enthusiasm for design in a collaborative and progressive team-oriented work environment. **Additional Information** + Sponsorship is offered for candidates based in US. + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. + Hybrid work environment – Remote position not available. \#LI-SG1 Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
