Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting tasks for ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring accurate reporting of their financial position.
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable, including vendor management, invoice processing, and preparing wire transfers for approval.
- Assist with cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting for high-net-worth clients.
- Prepare detailed and timely financial reports, along with ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
- Oversee household payroll for client families.
- Collaborate closely with internal service teams to provide exceptional client support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
- CPA-eligible with a strong motivation to pursue certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or a similar role, ideally within a CPA firm or financial services industry.
- Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
