Are you an ambitious and detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? We are on the hunt for a dynamic and dedicated Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our fast-paced team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills while working with a diverse and vibrant team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly financial analysis reports, maintaining department budget and reducing expenses company-wide, and managing the full cycle of accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
As a Staff Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Performing general bookkeeping and organizing financial forms, reports, and financial audits.
2. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
3. Performing data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports.
4. Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
5. Assisting with the company's accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments, producing invoice statements, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
7. Assisting with the preparation of documentation for external auditors.
8. Collaborating with team members to support overall department goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Entry-Level Staff Accountant position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel.
3. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
4. Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
