Entry Level Software Developer Consultant - Must Live in Maryland - Latitude Inc

Location: Baltimore, MD (4/10) M-Th 10hr shifts ($60-$70k + Benefits)

We're looking for an Entry-Level Database Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our database software solutions. Collaborate with the development team to understand the features and capabilities of our database software.

Engage with clients to assess their requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our software.

Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the implementation and integration process.

Gather feedback from clients to inform future product development and enhancements.

Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all their database software needs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software solutions.

Previous experience in a client-facing role or sales environment is a plus but not required.
