Salary Range: $47000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential customers to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of company products.
Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective selling strategies.
Relationship Building: Develop robust relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty to the agency.
Follow-up: Maintain consistent contact with potential and existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends to effectively position the agency's products and services.
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset to meet and exceed client expectations.
Motivation: An energetic and self-driven individual who thrives in a competitive sales environment.
