Entry Level Sales Representative - Ark Mgt

Our entry-level Sales Associate will play a key role in our ongoing success. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys collaborating with others, and has a positive attitude. This role starts at the entry level with comprehensive, hands-on training in areas such as market analysis, sales strategies, client relations, and direct reporting to the Senior Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties of Our entry-level Sales Associate:

• Engage directly with clients and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Plan and execute promotional sales campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager
• Identify target markets and develop strategies to promote our clients' products and services effectively
• Present findings from market research to both entry-level and senior-level team members
• Cultivate leadership skills and take on increased responsibility as you grow in your role
• Enhance brand visibility through the implementation of customized marketing and sales initiatives
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to drive sales and reinforce brand loyalty
• Consistently deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations and company goals
• Assist the Senior Sales Manager with additional projects as needed

Requirements & Expectations for Our entry-level Sales Associate:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong motivation and a proactive approach
