Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored assistance for complete satisfaction.
• Foster a friendly and welcoming shopping atmosphere to attract and retain loyal customers.
• Share detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits, and uses, to help customers make informed decisions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Accurately process transactions, manage payments, and maintain a clean, organized sales area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to overall store success.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and participate in ongoing training to build skills.
• Collect and report customer feedback to help improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is required for this on-site position in Irving, TX.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
