Description: As an Entry Level Sales Assistant at TMZ Events, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting our efforts to build and maintain strong client relationships. Your role will involve assisting with various sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to our overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Support in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
- Help manage sales documentation and contracts, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing reports for the sales team and management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus but not required.
