**Job Summary:**
As an Entry Level Property Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of commercial properties under the supervision of senior management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in property management. You will gain hands-on experience in tenant relations, property maintenance, leasing processes, and financial reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns; respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests, complaints, and emergencies.
- Conduct virtual property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed; communicate with vendors and contractors.
- Assist in the leasing process, including marketing available units.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing agreements, tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Support budgeting and financial reporting efforts by tracking expenses, rent collections, and maintaining knowledge of property financials.
- Participate in property marketing initiatives, including social media, online listings, and community events.
- Ensure legal compliance with business licenses, rental agreements, sales tax submissions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Basic understanding of property management practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and after-hours when necessary for emergencies or tenant-related issues.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
