We are looking for a motivated and reliable Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to executives and team members in our Los Angeles, CA office. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to grow and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for assigned executives.
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Assist with organizing and maintaining files, records, and documentation.
Perform general office tasks, including answering calls, drafting correspondence, and running errands as needed.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and manage priorities effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
