T WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments
- Prepare and organize documents and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding where appropriate
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations
- Maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and electronic documents
- Support the team in project management and tracking progress on tasks
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects or reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus
