T WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes during discussions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a professional manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and various documentation.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
