Compensation: $41,600 Annually

Job Summary
Madison Avenue Worldwide – “The Agency of Urgency” is in search of an overachiever who loves to exceed expectations. This self-directed and hard-working individual will manage key projects for the Disney account and oversee campaign management, and the execution of client programs and strategies. Projects include but are not limited to large volume graphic design, production art, customization/updating of existing consumer campaigns, sourcing, print, and distribution. To be successful in this position, you must have great organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work quickly, remain detail-oriented, and can collaborate with the teams. The ideal candidate will excel working as a dedicated partner and advisor to the client, will have visible presence with clients, listen to, react and resolve issues, identify opportunities and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Initiates project plan and schedule, monitors the progress, provides status reports, resolves holdups, executes, and implements
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on-brand
• Develops strategic, long-term partnerships with clients
• Creates estimates, invoices, and reports
• Establishes and tracks metrics for budgets, quality, and ROI

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to prioritize and facilitate workload
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Takes a proactive approach and anticipates challenges to prevent risks
• Manages others to deliver on promises made to the client
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality while working in a fast-paced environment
• Identifies and recommends process improvements
