Henderson Locker Rotolo Organization has been providing union benefits and community outreach programs to police officers, firefighters, teachers, licensed professionals, and working-class families for over 20 years. We are currently expanding RAPIDLY and hiring qualified candidates into a Manager In Training position. Individuals selected will be trained, mentored, and accelerated into a leadership position.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the needs of your clients by speaking with them over the phone and online, and qualify them for the proper products offered by us.
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.
• Be willing to be coachable, and work as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation
• Strong discipline
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually.
• No experience necessary.
• Transportation and Windows-based laptop.
