Entry Level Machinist - Workforce Walker Personnel LLC

We have manufacturing companies in the Montgomery area seeking Entry-Level Machinists. Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn to Operate and monitor CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment under the guidance of experienced machinists.
2. Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of machining tools and equipment.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to understand machining requirements.
4. Perform basic machining tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding to produce components within specified tolerances.
5. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to quality standards.
6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, optimize machining processes, and improve productivity.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Participate in training programs and skill development initiatives to enhance machining proficiency and advance career growth.
