Job Title: Entry Level Lube Technician

Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lube Technician performs basic vehicle maintenance according to dealer and factory guidelines. Work is typically assigned with repair orders and Lube Technician is expected to perform quality repairs with efficiency and accuracy.

Essential functions of the job include excellent driving skills, attention to detail, regular, dependable attendance and punctuality, ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, ability to accept constructive criticism, , ability to get along with co-workers, meet physical demands of position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• One year of experience in a dealership or large facility repair organization
• Excellent work ethic
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism
• Unrestricted , unexpired driver's license and clean driving record
• Can operate a standard-transmission vehicle
• Insurable by Dealership (No DWI convictions within the past 10 years; No more than 2 moving violation and/or fault accident in the last 3 years)
